Diversity Drop Down Day

On Monday, Ignite and Year 10 were taken off timetable for the day to participate in a drop down day. Several external agencies were invited in to educate our students around diversity.

Merseyside police spoke about LGBTQ+ and Diversity in young people and EFC delivered workshops around mental health and well-being.

Our students also sat in a performance by XO, a girl’s band who also educated them about diversity.

The feedback given to us by the students was that it was a really good day, very interesting, and students asked when the companies would come back.
