They work in universities, museum, and research roles, often travelling and immersing themselves in communities.  

Starting salaries range from £20k - £25k, increasing to £30-45k with experience, and over £50k for senior roles.  

A degree in anthropology or a related field is essential, along with research, critical thinking, and communications skills.

A-levels in History and Sociology are key for this career path.
