Regional Rowing indoor championship

This was a great day out for NLA's year 8s. After training hard on our new machines, the sweat and determination paid off with the teams winning both relay races and wins in the individual races.

The achievements were: Winners of the relay both year groups in the north west.

Boys - First, second and third in individual races

Girls - Second and third in individual races. First place went to Weatherhead.

They were brilliant on the day and we are very proud of them.

Fellow Trust Team, Gateacre, couldn’t take that top spot off NLA!

In addition, four students are going to London on 20th March to represent Merseyside youth rowing: Amelia, Mylie, Max and Ebrahem.  We look forward to seeing how they get on.
