It was fantastic to see so many students and teachers come together. There were lots of smiling faces with great support for their peers. Students recognised they were part of a wider collection of schools within the Trust and behaviour was very good. Wavertree staff praised the students and said we would be welcome to use the facilities again.
Next year, we also hope to include our primary schools in the sports day. All podium winners went home with a fabulous medal which was given out by the Trust CEO, Nigel Ward.
