IGNITE Sports Day

Last week our Year 9 students took part in the first CUC/Studio School Sports Day held on the field at North Liverpool Academy.

Year 9 Sports Day

Students took part in a circus of games during the morning, games such as Dodgeball, Ultimate Frisbee, Tug of War to name a few. Once the games were complete, students and staff were treated to a free ice cream, courtesy of Vision for Education who had sent their ice cream van down for our students. Once students had enjoyed their ice cream in the sun and a spot of lunch, it was time for the mini Olympics in the afternoon. Students enjoyed traditional track events such as 100m and relay, as well as fun races such as the Sack Race and Egg and Spoon. The students were fantastic and had such a great day.
