We have had a great Black History Month so far here at NLA. Following on from our African Drum recital at lunchtime last week, students were treated to a BHM flash mob during lunchtime.
In Health and Social Care, students have been researching inspiring black health care workers, whilst in Computing, students have been learning about famous black computer scientists, discussing their impact in the subject. In Technology, students have been making jollof rice, a West African delicacy.
