Plumbers are responsible for installing, maintaining, and fixing water systems in homes, businesses and other buildings.

This includes things like fitting taps, sinks, toilets, and showers, as well as dealing with drainage systems, radiators and boilers.  

The yearly salary of a plumber will vary based on experience and where they work.  A beginner plumber, such as an apprentice, might earn between £15k and £20k a year whilst they are training.  Once fully qualified, plumbers can expect to make from £25k upwards.  With more experience or by specialising in areas like gas fitting or heating systems, plumbers can earn even more.
