Every Friday, this half term, our Ignite Sport and Health students have been attending a local boxing gym, No Limits, to take part in a course around boxing and healthy lifestyles which has been run by professional boxing coach Danny Withington and Pro boxer and ex Studio student, Lucas Dube. Students have had a fantastic time learning the fundamental skills of boxing and how exercise can help aid a healthy lifestyle. Students have really enjoyed themselves and will be going back after Christmas to further develop their boxing skills and learn the basics of Strength and Conditioning.
