Paired with their student buddies, they've been attending various classes and getting a feel for the school environment while building connections and experiencing life at the UTC firsthand. Sara Gutiérrez García one of the Spanish visiting teachers expressed that “It's been lovely!" Miss Mallo, a Spanish teacher at Life Sciences and The Studio stated “It's been a great week at the UTC Language Hub, our Year 11 students have welcomed our new friends from Vigo (Spain). They will have two weeks to socialise, share cultures, make friends and practice their Spanish in preparation for their summer exams, what an amazing opportunity."
